Be-Help was born within Beewton, a digital agency rooted between Paris and Cotonou. From this dual culture came an obvious truth: everywhere, companies struggle to hire while qualified talent looks to grow.
So we support companies on both continents: a European company gains access to international talent, an African company recruits the skills it needs, with the same method and the same care.
In practice, Be-Help is a bridge: on site, remotely from the talent's country, or as a supervised managed team. One partner, several ways to access skills, in Europe and in Africa.
